Melissa/Janet/anyone else wondering the same thing...

I'm usually the one behind the camera! I snap a ton of pictures but have always -- ALWAYS -- hated having my photo taken, even as a child. I'm not photogenic at all. I avoided having my grad photo taken years ago and almost managed to avoid wedding photos.

However, that said, I'm having a whole new set of publicity photos taken this coming spring and have promised myself not to shy away from the camera so much in 2009, so maybe next year I can post a montage of photos that I'm actually in :)

Have a great holiday season everyone.

Your blog bar photos are good so it doesn't seem like you're not photogenic. Suck it up buttercup; make friends with the camera!

I've heard if you have a few drinks before having your photo taken you loosen up and the picture turns out better.

Worth a try!

Happy Christmas, Holly.
I hope 2009 is good to
you and your next book
rocks as much as your
last three.

Holly, I sympathize. Most pictures of me make me cringe. But sometimes a good one pops up. Keep trying, your fans are waiting!
