Catch a little genius this summer...

There are many good authors out
there, but if you're interested in grabbing a compelling novel to read this summer, consider Catching Genius by Kristy Kiernan. This is a beautifully crafted debut novel about two sisters (one a math prodigy, one average) that will draw you in with confident and evocative prose. I can't wait
to read Kristy's next one!

I keep passing along your
book recommendations to my
sister. She's an avid
reader of 8-10 books/month!!!

Holly! Thank you so much, I keep adding zeros to the checks I'm sending you, but they never seem to be enough!

Really, it means an awful lot to have my book recommended by such a fine writer. I am humbled and thankful.

I LOVED this book. Definitely on my 2007 Top Ten List. I, too, can't wait for the next one.

Catching Genius sounds like a great read and I shall be looking out for it. And then I see that Kristy Kiernan, the author, has appeared in the comments! This is what I love about strolling round the blogs - it's almost like meeting people - and makes a direct connection that simply seeing a book in the shops can not.

I read this one last month
and really enjoyed Kristy's
writing. A perfect pick for
anyone's summer beach bag.
